Tuesday - 19 January 2010There's snow in parts of the valley this morning. The northbound leg of I-215 (the freeway outside my office window) is backed up for a couple of miles, according to CommuterLink. You can tell not only by the new blanket of white across the valley and the mountains, but also by how slowly - and, to some degree, courteously - people are driving.
